the Companies and Allied Matter decree 1990 on the 26th of April
1993 with registration number 220692.
The aim of incorporating the company is to meet the dynamic
challenges in this modern era with emphasis to the oil and
manufacturing sector.
To this end, it got the permit to operate as an oil servicing
company in the area of equipment supply services to the oil
companies in the country from the Department of Petroleum
Resources.
So far, the company has been meeting with the demands of the
oil companies it registered with, and also exploring new clientele
within and outside the oil sector. We have revolutionized the logistics sector by providing an in-depth and comprehensive process with specific target of the manufacturing industry where we provide“all-in” services from order placement - to shipment – customs –transportation and delivery to warehouse. This process enables the customer to concentrate on its core business which is production.
We are also a leading company in Nigeria involved in vehicle tracking systems for esteemed organisation. This is a new area of specialisation which is given most organisation the needed comfort and safety.
